Yes! Shrinking gold affects all of us, and we can help solve it for you. All of our in-house jewelers are fully qualified for a range of basic and advanced jewelry repairs, including ring sizing. Just about anything you need done to your ring, we can do!

Absolutely! We can handle most basic watch repairs, which includes putting a new battery in your watch if it dies on you. If we are not already busy assisting customers, we can even do it while you wait!

Yes we do! Unfortunately, we do not have the equipment in-house for a full insurance-level appraisal, but we use a lab close by located in Portland, OR. They do appraisals by appointment while you wait if you're road-tripping to Portland, or we can ship it to the lab for you! We have been using this lab for over 30 years, and we send every piece of jewelry registered mail, which means that it has to be signed for every time the package changes hands. In all the time we've been doing it, we've never lost a piece!

Yes, we buy used jewelry for scrap value of the metal weight! We purchase gold, silver, and platinum jewelry items, which are determined through testing on-site, and we pay cash for the items.
